Withdrawing funds from your Invidia Back Office is a simple process, but it requires a few key steps to ensure your funds are properly transferred. Follow this step-by-step guide to successfully withdraw your money:
Transfer Funds from Your Trading Account to Your Internal eWallet:
Log into your Invidia Back Office.
Navigate to the Funds tab.
Select Transfer and choose the amount you wish to move from your live trading account (Cloudtrader or TradingView x DX) to your internal eWallet.
Confirm the transfer. Your funds will now be available in your Back Office eWallet.
Request a Withdrawal:
Once the funds are in your Back Office eWallet, go to the Funds tab.
Click on Withdraw.
Choose the wallet you want to withdraw from.
Select your preferred withdrawal method (Wire Transfer, BTC, ETH, or other available options).
Enter the withdrawal amount.
Provide the required wallet address or bank details.
Confirm and Submit:
Double-check all the information to avoid errors.
Click Submit to process your withdrawal request.
Check your email for a withdrawal-confirmation message containing a verification PIN; enter that PIN on the platform to finalise the request.
Important Notes:
Withdrawals are only possible from your internal eWallet — you must first transfer any profits or funds from your trading account to your Back Office eWallet before initiating a withdrawal.
Processing times may vary depending on your selected withdrawal method:
Wire transfers: Typically 3-5 business days.
Cryptocurrency withdrawals: Usually processed within 24 hours but may depend on blockchain confirmations.
Wire-transfer specifics: 1.5 % fee, minimum withdrawal USD 1 000. Enter an amount large enough to cover the fee (e.g. 1 016 USD to receive 1 000 USD). You will need the beneficiary’s IBAN (or account number), bank name, bank address, SWIFT/routing code and, if applicable, correspondent-bank details. You can save these details as a template for future use.
