Setting Up a PAMM Investor Trading Account

Set up your PAMM Investor trading account on CloudTrader and join an invidiatrade PAMM with this simple step-by-step guide.

What You Need Before Starting

  • A PAMM Investor account on the CloudTrader platform. This account type is specifically required for joining a PAMM.

  • Access to your email to receive login credentials.


Step 1: Log in to Your Backoffice

  • Log in using your username and password.

  • Your backoffice is your personal dashboard where you manage your account.


Step 2: Create a CloudTrader Investor Account (If You Don’t Have One)

  • In the backoffice, go to the menu on the left side.

  • Click on Platforms.

  • Select CloudTrader from the list.

  • Click Add New in the top right corner.

  • In the form that appears, choose PAMM Investor as the account type.

  • Click Add New at the bottom to create the account.

  • Check your email for login details from [email protected]. If you don’t see it, check your spam or junk folder.


Step 3: Return to Your Backoffice Dashboard

  • After creating the account, go back to the main page of your backoffice.


Step 4: Locate the “PAMM Login” Option

  • On the left menu, scroll down and click PAMM Login.

  • A list of PAMM options will appear. Choose the PAMM you want to join.


Step 5: Log in to the PAMM Service

  • Enter your Investor Account login details (from the email received in Step 2).

  • Carefully type your username and password.


Step 6: Agree to the Terms and Finish Setup

  • Check the box to agree to the PAMM terms of service.

  • Click the button to submit and complete the setup.


Important Information to Note

Email Delivery

  • Ensure you can receive emails from [email protected]. Add this email address to your contacts to prevent it from being marked as spam.

Correct Account Type

  • Your CloudTrader account must be a PAMM Investor account. Other account types will not work.

  • For any issues (such as login problems or missing emails), contact support through the widget in your backoffice.
