Understanding the Transaction History Tab in Invidia Back Office

The Transaction History tab in your Invidia Back Office gives you a detailed overview of all your financial activities. This section is divided into four categories, making it easy to track your deposits, withdrawals, exchanges, and transfers.

How to Access the Transaction History Tab

  1. Log into Your Invidia Back Office

    • Visit the [Invidia Trade website] and sign in.

  2. Navigate to the Transaction History Tab

    • From the side menu, select Transaction History.

  3. Explore the Four Sections
You’ll see four sections at the top of the Transaction History page:

1. Deposits

  • This section shows all the funds you’ve added to your Invidia wallet.

  • You can view the deposit method (crypto, wire transfer, etc.), the amount, transaction status (pending, completed, or failed), and the date/time.

  • Use this to confirm whether your deposit has been processed or if there’s any delay.

2. Withdrawals

  • The Withdrawals tab logs all the funds you’ve requested to withdraw from your Invidia wallet.

  • Details include the amount withdrawn, withdrawal method (crypto, wire, etc.), transaction status, and timestamps.

  • Check here to track the status of your pending or completed withdrawals.

3. Exchange

  • This section records any currency swaps made using the Exchange tab.

  • You’ll see the currencies exchanged (e.g., BTC to USDT), the exchange rate, final amounts, and the time of the transaction.

  • Useful for verifying conversion rates and ensuring all exchanges went through correctly.

4. Transfers

  • The Transfers section shows any internal transfers you’ve made between wallets or from your wallet to your trading account (Cloudtrader Vision X or TradingView DX).

  • Each transfer record will display the source and destination wallets/accounts, transfer amounts, and status.

  • Use this to confirm if funds have been successfully moved to your trading account or another wallet.
