Common causes
You sent the token on the wrong network (e.g., USDT-ERC20 to a USDT-TRC20 address).
The amount is below the minimum deposit (≈ 20–50 USD equivalent, varies by token).
The blockchain has not delivered the required confirmations (TRC20 ≈ 5 min, ERC20 ≈ 15 min, BTC ≈ 30–60 min).
Network congestion is delaying TXID visibility.
The wallet address was copied or pasted incorrectly.
What to check before opening a ticket
Copy the TXID from your sending wallet.
Paste the TXID into the matching public explorer: tronscan.org for TRC20, etherscan.io for ERC20, blockchain.com for BTC.
Confirm the sending network matches the network shown on your Invidia Trade deposit address.
Verify the deposited amount equals or exceeds the minimum shown in the requirements article.
Double-check that the destination address in the explorer matches the one we gave you.
Refresh your MT5 balance and the Wallet page after a few minutes; caches can lag.
Expected timeframes
TRC20 tokens appear after 1 confirmation (≈ 5 min), ERC20 after 12 confirmations (≈ 15 min), BTC after 3 confirmations (≈ 30–60 min). Internal posting is automatic once the threshold is met.
When to open a case
If the explorer shows “Success” and the above checks are green, yet the funds are still missing after 1 h for TRC20, 30 min for ERC20, or 2 h for BTC, send us the details. Use the path: Tengo un problema → Depósito → Cripto and attach the TXID plus your Invidia Trade wallet address.
