Common causes

  1. Your bank blocks international online-CFD transactions by default (common with LATAM issuers).

  2. The 3DS verification window timed out—you have 60 seconds to enter the SMS/code.

  3. The amount is below the card minimum (≈ USD 20 equivalent).

  4. Currency mismatch: EUR-only processor received a USD-denominated card.

  5. You have hit the 24-hour cumulative card deposit limit.

What to check before opening a ticket

  • Phone your bank, ask them to allow “international/MCC 7995 gambling & CFD” charges for the next hour.

  • Retry and type the 3DS code immediately when the pop-up appears; keep the page open.

  • Confirm the deposit amount is at least the published minimum for your currency.

  • Switch the deposit currency in the cashier to match your card (USD card → USD processor).

  • Wait 24 h from your last card deposit if you suspect you reached the rolling limit.

  • Try a different personal card or use a crypto deposit (USDT TRC20, USDT ERC20, BTC, ETH) as an alternative.

Expected time frames

Successful card deposits credit instantly. If the charge is authorised but the wallet is not funded within 15 minutes, the amount is automatically reversed by your bank in 1–5 business days. Crypto deposits are credited after one network confirmation, typically 2–10 minutes.
